At VOGRACE, we strive for complete satisfaction with your fashion purchases. If your items are not a perfect fit or encounter any quality issues, you may return them within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your VOGRACE account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the unworn, unwashed garments in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a home pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your replacement items within 5-7 business days.
